Selection process

The hiring process includes the shortlisting of the CVs. Following that, there would be a group discussion, where you will be tested on an abstract topic. After the group discussion, the interview will take place. The questions will be particular to the role that you have applied for.

After the subject matter has been tested thoroughly, you would have to prepare for the HR questions, which are the basic questions, which are asked time and again at interviews. The personal interview will include a combination of concept understanding & knowledge based questions along with questions on subjective opinion on marketing concepts, advertisements, knowledge about company offerings.
